How much does Saffrn cost?+
Saffrn has three plans. The Foundation plan is $497/month (or $422/month billed annually) and includes a custom website, Google Business Profile optimization, basic SEO, monthly reporting, and hosting. The Growth plan is $997/month (or $847/month annually) and adds social media management, Google Ads, review management, and bi-weekly calls. The Dominate plan is $1,997/month (or $1,697/month annually) and adds social media on 4 platforms, content marketing, competitor monitoring, and priority support. One-time setup fees apply to Foundation ($997) and Growth ($497) on monthly billing; the Dominate plan waives the setup fee. Annual billing also waives setup fees for Foundation and Growth.
What exactly is included?+
Each plan spells out exactly what you get. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices. Your website, hosting, and maintenance are always included. Higher tiers add social media, ads, and content marketing.
How long does the website take to build?+
Most websites are live within 2 weeks. We'll send you a draft to review around day 5, make your changes, and launch. If you need it faster, let us know.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice — you'll keep service through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?+
Annual billing saves you 15% and waives the setup fee on Foundation and Growth plans. You're billed once per year instead of monthly. Same service, better price.
Do you do the posting, or do I?+
We handle everything. We create the content, write the captions, schedule the posts, and respond to comments. You just approve the content calendar each month (or tell us to just run with it).
I already have a website. Can you work with it?+
Sometimes. If your current site is on WordPress or Squarespace, we can often improve it instead of starting over. We'll tell you honestly whether it makes more sense to fix or rebuild.
What if I need something that's not in any plan?+
Just ask. We do custom quotes for things like email marketing, video production, or specialized landing pages. We'll give you a straight answer on cost and timeline.
