1. Agreement
By using Saffrn's services, you agree to these terms. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Saffrn ("saffrn.co"). "You" refers to the client or business engaging our services.
2. Services
Saffrn provides digital marketing services including website design and development, search engine optimization, social media management, and digital advertising management. Specific deliverables are outlined in your chosen plan.
3. Billing and Payment
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed on the same date each month. All fees are in USD. Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days' notice.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your website files and content.
5. Intellectual Property
You own your website content, brand assets, and business data. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, and processes. Website designs become yours after final payment. Stock photos and third-party assets are subject to their respective licenses.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy changes made by these platforms. Ad spend budgets are separate from Saffrn fees and paid directly to the advertising platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to deliver results, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Use of AI Tools
Saffrn uses artificial intelligence tools in our workflow, including content generation, design assistance, and data analysis. All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by our team before delivery.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
