What we collect

When you fill out a form on our site, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, business name, and website URL. We also collect basic analytics data (pages viewed, time on site) through privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use it

Your contact info is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver audit results, and communicate about our services. Analytics help us understand which pages are useful and which aren't. We don't sell your data. Full stop.

Who we share it with

Nobody, unless required by law. We use third-party tools to deliver our services (hosting, email, analytics), and those providers only get the minimum data needed to function. We don't share your info with other marketing companies, data brokers, or anyone looking to sell you something.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies. No creepy cross-site tracking. If you block cookies entirely, the site still works fine.

Data security

We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypt data at rest, and limit access to your information to team members who need it. We're a small team, which actually makes this easier — fewer people, tighter controls.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you're in California (CCPA) or the EU (GDPR), you have additional rights — just let us know and we'll comply.

Client data

If you're a Saffrn client, we may have access to your Google Analytics, social media accounts, and ad platforms as part of delivering our services. We treat that data as confidential. We won't use your data for any purpose other than managing your account, and we revoke our own access promptly if you cancel.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll email active clients.
